What we collect

When you order from us by phone, we collect what we need to make and deliver your order: your name, phone number, delivery address if you choose delivery, and what you ordered. Phone orders may be recorded and transcribed so we get your order right.

How we use it

To prepare, deliver and support your order, to contact you about it, to recognize you next time you call, and to keep basic sales records.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us fill your order: our phone and texting provider, our payment processor if you pay by card, and a delivery courier if one brings your order. We never sell your information. Orders placed through our app or through delivery apps are also covered by those services' own privacy policies.

Text messages

If you agree to get texts about your order, we use your mobile number only to send those texts. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. See our SMS terms.
