What you'll get

Texts about orders you place with us: an order confirmation, a payment link if you ask to pay by card, a pickup-ready alert, delivery updates with a tip link, and one short survey after your first order. We only text customers who agree when they order.

How often

It varies with your orders, usually 2 to 5 texts per order.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any text to stop getting them; reply START to turn them back on. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 212.369.4800.
